Ethics & Consent

Consent

All elements of a session are discussed in advance and guided by clear communication and mutual understanding.

Consent is not a one-time agreement but an ongoing process. Clients are always free to pause, change direction, ask questions, or decline any suggestion or practice. Nothing is expected or required.

Ethical Framwork

My work is grounded in respect, autonomy, and clear professional boundaries, where clients can explore their erotic wellbeing with curiosity, care, safety and choice.

The goal is not to fix or define what is right or wrong for a client. Instead, sessions support understanding, education, and embodied awareness, allowing each person to develop their own relationship to their body, desires, and boundaries - with the client's well-being at its core.

Confidentiality

All sessions are treated with confidentiality and discretion. Personal information and the content of sessions are not shared with others without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Questions and Communication

An open and forthcoming communication is an integral part of the work, and is greatly encouraged.

If you have any questions about the structure of sessions, consent, boundaries, or whether this work may be appropriate for you, you are very welcome to approach and ask.

Professional Boundaries

The professional boundaries include core elements such as one-way touch or the practitioner remaining clothed during the session, while also maintaining a professional, non-intimate relationship between practitioner and client outside of it.

Scope of Practice

Sexological bodywork is an educational and somatic practice. It supports greater body awareness, understanding of erotic responses, and the exploration of personal boundaries and desires.

It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. If a client’s needs fall outside the scope of this work, I may suggest seeking support from a qualified therapist or healthcare professional.

I am a member of the ACSB ( Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers ) and follow their Code of Ethics
